I always enjoyed writing. I am making a bigger effort to focus on my writing. I have works published in: Anthology of Appalachian Writers Vol 2, Holler – a publication of the Princeton Poetry Project, guest commentaries in The State Journal, and wrote feature pieces for The Kanawha-Putnam Ad-Mailer from 2007 – 2008.
I have a page at Contently that shows many of my articles written when I worked for the now defunct Kanawha-Putnam Ad Mailer.
I earned several Honorable Mention awards the WV Writers Conferences.
