This has been a most difficult fall and winter for me.

I pulled my shoulder and have been struggling with it since August. The therapist calls it a frozen shoulder.  The therapy helped to restore some of the mobility, but I developed a lot of pain. Turns out the osteoarthritis I also struggle with is developing in the AC joint of the shoulder.

The cold weather causes me a lot of trouble with my joints, like with so many others. Today, temps here went from ~60* this morning and are steadily dropping to the 30’s tonight.

As I work to build this site my hands and wrist feel like chalk on a dry board. If my hands could squeak my teeth would probably hurt as well.

As this site comes together I hope to be able to focus more on my writing and photography.

We shall see.
