Who doesn’t like a bargain? I enjoy grocery shopping when the store is quiet, giving me the chance to take as long as I want.
Right now everything related to Christmas is being moved out, through a clearance sale. It doesn’t matter, if it has the look of Santa it has to move. I gravitate to clearance bins like Uncle Si to sweet tea.
When you are looking at discounted groceries you must check the Sell By date. If the date has past the item may still be good. On my recent shopping trip, however, it was the opposite experience.
The table of clearance items was full of stuff that will still be good next year. With some thing more than half off, it was time to stock up for next year.
