I got some nice mini loaves of flaxseed bread made yesterday. There was a bitterness that I think may have been due to old flaxseed. Not rancid yet, but old. I’ll be picking up some fresh later today to make another batch. It had good texture, and looked a lot like a mini wheat loaf.
